Music Department; our country needs in the field of Music Science aims to growmusic scientists. It teaches the methods and techniques that are required when studying music as artistic and cultural phenomenon and provides cultural accumulation related to the subject. Our department, which provides 4 years in Turkish language education after the Special Ability Exams, has various compulsory and elective courses spread over 4 years period within the scope of Bologna Teaching Program. The total number of ECTS courses must be at least 240 at the end of 4 years, 180 mandatory and 60 elective for graduation. At the same time, students who want to leave at the end of the first two years can be given an associate degree. Post graduate business opportunities include audio-recording, design and/or installation expertise in voice recording studios, radio and television establishments, concert vocalization, production, advertising music and acoustic design companies; music writer, program producer, audiovisual media book writer in the music industry, Directorate of Culture and Social Affairs of the municipality and relevant departments of the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. and expertise related to the public are the forefront. Our students can also work as a music teacher in institutions affiliated to the Ministry of National Education (public schools, private schools, private music courses, public education centers, etc.) by taking the difference education courses of the Education Faculties from outside.
