The Department of Basic Education

The Department of Basic Education was established in the 1994-1995 academic year of Süleyman Demirel University Faculty of Fine Arts with the aim of raising individuals who are creative, open to innovations, problem solvers, productive and responsive to the needs of the age with an interdisciplinary perspective in the field of art and design. The department, which is not yet active, is planned to provide service courses to other departments of the faculty in terms of providing applied and conceptual basic courses without student recruitment or graduation.

To develop students' relations with different branches of art with a contemporary education and training approach, to help them discover their creative potential by contributing to their development in the fields of art and design.

OUR VISION
Our department aims to train contemporary, professional, productive, creative, innovative, innovative, theoretically and technically equipped artists who contribute to national and international cultural elements through art and design.
