A Traditional Arts Workshop was Held, Bringing Academicians Together.

Dr. Fatma Nilhan Özaltın, a lecturer in the Department of Traditional Turkish Arts at the Faculty of Fine Arts, held a workshop at the Faculty of Fine Arts on Tuesday, October 25, 2025. The event was attended by Prof. Dr. Ingrid Różyło-Kalinowska, Head of the Department of Dental and Maxillofacial Radiodiagnostics at the Faculty of Dentistry at the Medical University of Lublin, Poland; Prof. Dr. Derya Yıldırım, Head of the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology at the Faculty of Dentistry at Süleyman Demirel University; and Res. Asst. Elif Sena Sargın.

 

As part of the workshop, participants were informed about Traditional Turkish Arts, particularly the techniques of Miniature, Katı' (Small and Medium), and Kalemişi (Craftsman Art) were explained both theoretically and practically. The materials used in these techniques were introduced, and the application processes were demonstrated step by step.
