Procedures and Principles Regarding Student Amnesty Regulated by Law No. 7592

In accordance with the implementation principles of Temporary Article 85 added to the Higher Education Law No. 2547 by Article 14 of Law No. 7592 on Amendments to the Higher Education Law and Certain Laws, published in the Official Gazette dated 09.08.2026 and numbered 33335, the procedures and principles prepared for ensuring the continuation of education for those whose enrollment in our university's associate degree, undergraduate and graduate programs has been terminated or who have never registered have been accepted by the decision of our University Senate dated 19.08.2026.
